The Position in Detail

As a Senior Multi-Agent AI Engineer, you will be at the heart of our R&D team to design, develop and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on innovative projects for prestigious clients in e-commerce, finance and industry sectors.

Main Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Architect complex multi-agent systems using LangChain and modern frameworks
• Develop intelligent orchestration algorithms for automated workflows
• Implement high-performance RAG solutions with continuous optimization
• Optimize ML models for production with real-time monitoring

Innovation and Research

• Technology watch on latest AI advances and agentic systems
• Prototype new agentic concepts and PoC validation
• Collaboration with French and European research laboratories
• Technical article publication and conference participation

Leadership and Mentoring

• Lead a team of 3-5 junior and intermediate AI developers
• Internal training on emerging technologies and best practices
• Systematic code review and technical mentoring
• Definition of technical and architectural standards

Profile and Skills

Required Technical Skills

Education and Experience

• Master/PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in AI development with significant projects
• Proven expertise in multi-agent systems (MAS) and distributed architectures
• AI project portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact

Technical Stack

• Advanced mastery: Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face
• Deep knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM fine-tuning
• Cloud experience AWS/GCP with AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI)
• DevOps practice: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML models
