The Position in Detail

As an Enterprise AI Solutions Architect, you will be the guardian of architectural excellence for our AI solutions for large accounts. You will design scalable, secure and high-performance architectures capable of supporting 10K+ simultaneous users while integrating perfectly into the complex IT ecosystems of our enterprise clients.

Architectural Responsibilities

Scalable Architecture Design

• Design AI solutions for 10K+ simultaneous users
• Define microservices and event-driven architecture patterns
• Optimize performance and latency for enterprise usage
• Plan horizontal and vertical system scalability

Complex Enterprise Integrations

• Connect AI to existing ERP/CRM and legacy systems
• Architect robust APIs (REST/GraphQL) with versioning
• Manage real-time and batch processing data flows
• Ensure interoperability with varied technical stacks

Security and Compliance

• Implement advanced security (OAuth2, encryption, zero-trust)
• Ensure GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2 compliance by design
• Manage security audits and enterprise certifications
• Define data governance policies

Innovation and R&D

• Research new AI architectures (edge computing, federated learning)
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
• Prototype next-gen architectures for future clients
• Collaborate with research labs and universities

Technical Expertise and Skills

Required Technical Skills

Architecture and Cloud

• 7+ years experience in distributed systems architecture
• Multi-cloud expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure) with AI services
• Mastery of enterprise architectural patterns (CQRS, Event Sourcing)
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized orchestration

AI and Machine Learning

• MLOps and model serving expertise at enterprise scale
• Deep knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• RAG architectures and high-performance vector databases
• Monitoring and observability of AI systems

Integrations and Security

• Enterprise integration architectures (ESB, API Gateway)
• Advanced security: OAuth2, SAML, end-to-end encryption
