What we do

- Technology choices and roadmap trade-offs
- Information system governance: security, logging, documentation
Formats
- Technical and organisational assessment — 3 days.
- Regular assignment — 2 to 4 days per month, six-month commitment.
- Long format — 1 to 3 days per week.
Two concurrent assignments at most.
Deliverables
Dated architecture decisions, review reports, technical roadmap.
